Accepting insurance and self-pay.
I am in network with several insurance providers. Please note that coverage can vary depending on your specific plan. Mental Health Counseling and Nutrition Counseling are billed as separate services and are classified differently, so coverage for one does not guarantee coverage for the other. Each session will be mostly focused on one or the other and billed as such.
It is your responsibility to verify your insurance benefits. You will be responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance plan. See below for some guidance on questions to ask your insurance company.
If I am not in network with your insurance or you do not have insurance, I do accept self-pay. I also can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential out of network benefits. My self pay rate is $150 for each session.

Do you offer consult calls?
Yes! If you want to schedule a one-time 10 minute call for us to better understand if this is a good fit, please reach out and we can get something set up.
How long is each session and how often do we meet?
Each session is up to 55 minutes long. We can meet weekly, every other week, or monthly depending on your needs.
Cancel and Reschedule policy
Please provide at least 24 hour notice advance of your appointment to reschedule or cancel. There will be a late cancel/reschedule fee if your cancellation or rescheduling is within 24 hours from your scheduled appointment.
